Regarded as one of London’s “leading disco labels” The Disco Express has garnered big support from the likes of Nightmares On Wax, The Blessed Madonna, TSHA, Hifi Sean, Folamour and Dan Shake for consistent high quality original releases and edits.

Drawing inspiration from the energy of the 70’s New York and fusing it with the 21st century dance floor, The Disco Express parties are fun, inclusive, and where the good times take you deep into the night.

FAQs

I identify as cis-male, am I welcome here?
Yes, you are very welcome to play ping pong, hang out and be an ally. We kindly ask you to respect that the space behind the decks is exclusively for FLINTA*.

What musical styles are allowed?
Whatever floats your boat - But please be mindful of the impact your music might have on other people. Hard & fast musical styles are potentially stressful, especially in the early evening hours.

How long are the playtimes?
between 30mins and 1 hour.

Is there a dance floor?
Not really. there's a ping pong table on the dancefloor - no one's gonna stop you from dancing around it.

Can I bring my laptop and controller?
No. Please don't plug any external devices into our mixer. The open decks are for practising on club-standard equipment only (CDJs, Turntables, Mixer)

What equipment is available?
2x Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nexus2, 2x Technics 1210 MKII, 1x Allen & Heath xone 92.

I am an absolute beginner, can I still play?
Absolutely! We want to encourage you to familiarize yourself with the equipment, to try yourself out and to get in touch with other FLINTA* who share your passion for music.

Time to dust off those dancing shoes, cuties! On Saturday, 06.07, casadephunk is back in the club again @ Crack Bellmer.
For this second out-of-home edition, we’ve invited over @blvsh founder and @paradisco, TRIQI, whose musical style is rooted in deep and groovy house, with a sound that traverses from smooth and soulful to bouncy and trippy, always with her vital, playful touch.
We’re also excited to welcome @what_a_playground co-founder and @private.paradise_fm podcast host Josiane, whose sets are known for their bold soundscapes, blending bass-heavy and melodic house with acid and trance influences.
Add our Casa crew (joined by a new emerging gem) to the mix and we’ve got one helluva lineup.
