Join intaresu for a special night focused on using deep grooves as a means for connection, bringing together likeminded individuals for an all-night dancefloor soiree. We’ve carefully curated a special lineup to provide 7+ hours of floor-oriented cuts at esteemed Berlin locale, Crack Bellmer. A personable crew, a legendary venue, and quality tunes make this a night you would be sad to miss.

The captains of this party vessel include our special guest Thorkell Máni along with our local djs Yanna Nicolle and Isaac Elejalde.

Thorkell Máni is a well-known DJ in the Icelandic scene. You can usually find him playing at Radar in Reykjavík or at after-parties and boutique festivals in the surrounding areas. He has several releases on labels such as Conceptual, Pan Panic Records, Odd Pleasures, and others. Thorkell has also shared stages with DJs like Henning Bear, John Acquaviva, Dubfire, Exos, DJ Yamaho, Nitin, Tiësto, and more.

Yanna Nicolle will set the mood of the event with her fine selection of House music and Isaac Elejalde, founder of Intaresu will close the night with a vinyl only set full of deep and energetic tracks.

We’re coming together on this special occasion to bring you pure, quality dance music all night long. We couldn’t be more excited to share the floor with you.

Who is intaresu?

What does this party series stand for? intaresu is a Berlin-based collective focused on cultivating community around a shared passion for groove-forward house music.

We’ve created this party series to curate a light and safe environment where all are welcome, and quality music is guaranteed. We invite you to bring your whole self - any and all are welcome. We simply ask that you come as you are with a positive attitude, and an inclusive mindset.

FAQs

I identify as cis-male, am I welcome here?
Yes, you are very welcome to play ping pong, hang out and be an ally. We kindly ask you to respect that the space behind the decks is exclusively for FLINTA*.

What musical styles are allowed?
Whatever floats your boat - But please be mindful of the impact your music might have on other people. Hard & fast musical styles are potentially stressful, especially in the early evening hours.

How long are the playtimes?
between 30mins and 1 hour.

Is there a dance floor?
Not really. there's a ping pong table on the dancefloor - no one's gonna stop you from dancing around it.

Can I bring my laptop and controller?
No. Please don't plug any external devices into our mixer. The open decks are for practising on club-standard equipment only (CDJs, Turntables, Mixer)

What equipment is available?
2x Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nexus2, 2x Technics 1210 MKII, 1x Allen & Heath xone 92.

I am an absolute beginner, can I still play?
Absolutely! We want to encourage you to familiarize yourself with the equipment, to try yourself out and to get in touch with other FLINTA* who share your passion for music.

For this edition of “Sounds Over Seas” we have once again curated a beautiful line-up along the lines of House, Garage and Disco for you. We are very excited to host Christa K & ATTA who played a marvellous B2B at this years Feel Festival and now we are honoured to be treated to another special back and forth for our very own party at Crack Bellmer.

Joining them are SOS mainstay Julian Bainbridge, and no other than DJ Seifenschwein, who already played a fantastic closing set at one of our parties back in 2022. Get ready for more of the some treatment this time around.

We couldn’t be more excited and can’t wait for a packed and sweaty dance floor getting down to warm and joyful grooves all night long.
