JOHNNY NOHELL, SLIM & JENNY SAVANA – One half of the notorious Maledetta Discoteca from Rome. Based at the flywheel of Italo Disco, 70s & 80s Funk, Afro-Tropical and Napoli Sound. Jenny, Slim & Johnny will take their well-curated vinyl collection on a short trip to one of Berlin's finest dance floors.

RENA VOLVO Satin queen with a faible for all 80s sounds, Rena will make you sweat right after the Maledetti. As part of the Automaticamore crew she’s specialised in Italo but who knows what guilty pleasure tracks are hidden in her bag.

VALENTIN – Know for his unadulterated sense of taste in various genres Valentin is not only finding his gems in the field but also features them on his very own Baile de Mainman channel. Apart from that he also knows how to craft his finds into highly dancable dj sets.

FRINDA DI LANCO & HENDRIK STEIN as your hosts of the night will take care of consuming Negroni Sbagliatos, preparing crispy-hot Arrancinis for you, running the glitter gun and eventually take over the regulators in the early morning hours.

Unisono & Femquency haben sich zusammengeschlossen, um entschlossen zum Tag der dt. Einheit ein Zeichen für Demokratie und eine starke Zivilgemeinschaft zu setzen. Gemeinsam werden ein Großteil der Einnahmen und Gagen am 03.10. für Polylux e.V. gespendet. Das Netzwerk Polylux unterstützt Vereine, Initiativen und Projekte der kritischen Zivilgesellschaft im Osten Deutschlands.

Von 16:00-19:30 gibt es einen DJ FLINTA* Workshop, geleitet von den DJs Lisbird und Lamara. Die neu erlangten Skills werden im Anschluss direkt der Öffentlichkeit beim letzten Teil des Workshops von 20:00-22:00 Uhr zur Schau gestellt: das begleitete Auflegen!

Danach geht es weiter mit dem solidarischen Rave, bei dem FLINTA* Newcomerinnen ihre Lieblingsmusik der Genres Tech House, Progressive House und Drum and Bass engagiert präsentieren.

Mehr Details zum FLINTA* DJ Workshop:

Gemeinsam mit Lisbird von Unisono und unserer Resident Lamara hast du die Möglichkeit, gemeinsam in den Pool der Player, Mixer und Übergänge zu springen und im liebevoll geschützten Rahmen mit- und voneinander zu lernen!

Dabei wirst du Stück für Stück an grundlegende Funktionen des Equipments herangeführt. Unsere grundsätzliche Philosophie lautet: Es gibt keine dummen Fragen! Uns ist es wichtig, dass du Unsicherheiten los wirst und sämtliche Fragen stellen kannst. Gemeinsam schaffen wir uns genau die Atmosphäre, die wir dafür brauchen.

Dies zu erfüllen, hat sich das Berliner Kollektiv FEMQUENCY auf die Fahne geschrieben.

Die grundlegende Idee ist es, sich in der elektronischen Musikszene gegenseitig zu empowern und zu solidarisieren. Bei Femquency geht es darum, einen Raum zu bieten, in dem FLINTA*-Personen sich untereinander austauschen und wohlfühlen können.

Das Akronym FLINTA* steht für Frauen, Lesben, intersexuelle, nicht-binäre, trans und agender Personen. Wir bitten dies bei der Anmeldung zu berücksichtigen.

Du wolltest dich schon immer hinter den Decks ausprobieren und wusstest nicht, wie du anfangen sollst? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Der Workshop findet von 16:00 bis 19:30 Uhr statt. Im Anschluss gibt es 30 Minuten Pause, bis du beim ersten Auflegeslot auf der Soli Party im Anschluss im Crackbellmer von 20:00 bis 22:00 Uhr dein neu erworbenes Wissen direkt vor Live Publikum ausprobieren kannst. Denn dieser Slot gehört dein Workshop-Teilnehmenden. Aber keine Sorge, du wirst dabei professionell unterstützt.

FAQs

+ I identify as cis-male, am I welcome here?

Yes, you are very welcome to play ping pong, hang out and be an ally. We kindly ask you to respect that the space behind the decks is exclusively for FLINTA*.

+What musical styles are allowed?

Whatever floats your boat - But please be mindful of the impact your music might have on other people. Hard & fast musical styles are potentially stressful, especially in the early evening hours.

+How long are the playtimes?

between 30mins and 1 hour

+ Is there a dance floor?

Not really. there's a ping pong table on the dancefloor - no one's gonna stop you from dancing around it.

+Can I bring my laptop and controller?

No. Please don't plug any external devices into our mixer. The open decks are for practising on club-standard equipment only (CDJs, Turntables, Mixer)

+What equipment is available?

2x Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nexus2, 2x Technics 1210 MKII, 1x Allen & Heath xone 92.
‍

+I am an absolute beginner, can I still play?

Absolutely! We want to encourage you to familiarize yourself with the equipment, to try yourself out and to get in touch with other FLINTA* who share your passion for music.
